About the Event
On May 22, 2022, the Wender Weis Foundation for Children’s (WWFC) proudly presents the long-awaited return of Children’s Champions with a 2022-style family-friendly afternoon of sports, activities, art, snacks, and philanthropy. The event will feature:
- Interactive sports stations with athletes from Stanford University as well as some of your favorite Bay Area professional sports teams
- Photo opportunities and laughs with team mascots and sports heroes
- Arts and crafts for all ages, featuring WWFC commemorative tiles, creativity stations, and more
- Donation station for making greeting cards and collecting sporting goods, books, and art supplies
