Marjan Kashi Peterson, with a Degree in Clinical Science, is a Medical Esthetician, and Electrologist, with an extensive post-graduate education in medical esthetics, earning advanced degrees in microdermabrasion, chemical peels, advanced skin analysis, treatment of acne, hyper-pigmentation, UV damaged skin, rosacea, skin rejuvenation, LED photo-therapy, and radio frequency treatments and treats men, women, and teens.
Dr James Newman,

Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon
Dr. James Newman is a board-certified facial plastic surgeon and Associate Clinical Professor at Stanford University Medical Center. He earned his degrees from Baylor University, the University of Texas Medical Branch, and the Stanford University School of Medicine.
Dr. Newman combines advanced surgical techniques with the latest noninvasive laser therapies and medical-grade skincare to deliver comprehensive, personalized care. He is the founder of Aesthetic Center 360 in Palo Alto, a modern, private practice offering an integrative approach under his expert supervision.
He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American College of Surgeons, and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and serves as Secretary of the California Society of Facial Plastic Surgery. He has authored multiple textbook chapters and over 30 peer-reviewed publications, and remains active in teaching at Stanford University Medical Center.
Dr.Newman, through his practice, Premier Plastic Surgery, works alongside a skilled team of anesthesiologists, nurses, and medical professionals across locations in Los Altos, Palo Alto, and San Mateo. He is also committed to volunteer and pro-bono work, supporting global humanitarian efforts that provide care to underserved communities worldwide.

Sie Thomas, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over eight years of experience in aesthetic medicine. As a national clinical trainer for Allergan Medical Institute, she is recognized for her precision, commitment to safety, and ability to deliver beautifully natural results.
Specializing in facial balancing, advanced injection techniques, and comprehensive full-face assessments, Sie combines clinical expertise with an artistic eye to enhance each client’s natural beauty. She is equally passionate about education, empowering both patients and fellow providers with the knowledge and confidence to achieve optimal outcomes.
Outside of the treatment room, Sie enjoys watching K-dramas, exploring the latest in K-beauty innovations, and spending quality time with her family.
